Freeze
I used an exposure of 1/160 seconds for freeze. I did this to get a clear freeze shot while there is motion in the photo. The main subject of my first is Brayden while he is jumping off the monkey bars. In my second photo the main subject is also Brayden. In the photo he is jumping into a bush.

Panning
I used an exposure of 1/20 seconds for panning. I used this to get a clear subject while getting a blurry background. The main subject in my first photo Brayden while sliding on the chairs in the gym. For my second photo the subject and what is happening in the photo is the same.

Final Thoughts
This is the photo I think I did the best. The thing I think was the hardest for me was blur because it was hard for me to catch the photo at the right time. The thing I enjoyed most was freeze because I found it easy to get photo I wanted while keeping the photo clear. Even though it took a few try which was frustrating but after getting the right shot it paid off.
